school of III
A completely new type of training program and yet completely YWAM DTS!

The School of III integrates knowledge of God and the Bible, the adoption of a biblical worldview, and an understanding of society’s various spheres of influence. Students develop communication skills, receive leadership training, and gain practical experience through internships guided by experts in their chosen fields of interest.
The program meets the requirements of a Discipleship Training School (DTS) under YWAM, enabling graduates to pursue further studies at the University of the Nations (www.uofn.edu).
Additionally, Finnish students have the opportunity to earn an Entrepreneurial Vocational Qualification in partnership with Suomen Yrittäjäopisto. Other students complete the same curriculum and receive a certificate of completion.

Mission and Goals:
The School of III helps students find their place in the world by providing the tools, networks, and support they need. The program is tailored to meet the needs of the individual, not the other way around. Every student is seen as a unique combination of strengths, passions, and experiences. The goal is to nurture confident leaders who aim to make an impact in the world and build God’s kingdom.

In Practice:

At the heart of the program are biblical wisdom, leadership development, and personal growth, all designed to foster a lifelong relationship with God. The school equips students to influence society, solve real-world challenges, and pursue God’s calling with wisdom, courage, and conviction.

Each student chooses a specialization track that aligns with their unique talents, fostering new innovations, art, businesses, and solutions.
The available tracks include:
-
Business
-
Media (Visual Entertainment & Next-Gen Storytelling)
-
Government & Economics
-
Education (Optimizing Learning for the 21st Century)
-
Dance
Students are mentored by top professionals in their fields, with the aim of fostering long-term mentorship relationships that often extend beyond the program. The curriculum includes a short missionary outreach and an extended internship, offering students the opportunity to learn and apply their skills in real-world settings.

The School of III is not just a DTS but a 360° preparation for life as a disciple, equipping students to live and work in society based on God’s kingdom principles.

What Does the School Require?
